These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in KG Homes's text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

KG Homes operates a text messaging program to communicate with property owners who have submitted their information through our online cash offer form. Messages relate to:

Confirmation that we received your property submission
Status updates on our property valuation
Cash offer details and follow-up
Scheduling of property visits, walkthroughs, or closing

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by submitting our cash offer form with the SMS consent checkbox checked. The exact consent language is:

"By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS text messages from KG Homes regarding my property submission, offer details, and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

The checkbox is not pre-checked. You must affirmatively check it to consent. Without this consent, we will not send you SMS messages.

3. How to Opt Out

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You can also reply with STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts from us.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your engagement and the status of your property evaluation. Typical frequency is 2 to 5 messages over a 14-day period. We do not send promotional or marketing messages outside of the cash offer process you initiated.

6. Costs

KG Homes does not charge for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

7. Supported Carriers

Our program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers including (but not limited to): AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for any purpose, including marketing.

9. Sample Messages

Examples of messages you may receive:

"Hi [First Name], thanks for submitting [Property Address] to KG Homes for a cash offer. We'll review and follow up within 24 hours. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
"[First Name], it's [Agent Name] with KG Homes. We have a cash offer ready for [Property Address]. When's a good time for a quick call? Reply STOP to opt out."

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

11. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may modify these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via SMS or email. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.
